Online Coaching Subscriptions
Online coaching subscriptions may be purchased on a monthly or 3-month basis. Your subscription will auto renew at the same price and frequency until it is cancelled.
Once you purchase your subscription, you will be sent a client questionnaire and you have 7 days to send us the answered questionnaire, if you don’t send it to us you’ll lose your spot and it is not refundable. A member of our team will reach out about your program within 5 days after you fill out the questionnaire. If you do not receive a questionnaire or email from our team, please check your email or spam folder first, then contact us.
Subscriptions are final sale and are not refundable. Subscriptions are a recurring service, You may cancel your subscription at any time as long as it is before the recurring due date, it is the client’s responsibility to cancel, continuous coaching value is final sale. To cancel your subscription, see Cancelling My Subscription (below).
Other Products
All products, including digital downloads, are final sale and are not refundable. Ebooks can be downloaded as a PDF via a link available after purchase.
Canceling Your Subscription
Subscriptions are final sale and are not refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, then follow these instructions:
Once logged in, click on Account in the main menu.
Navigate to Subscriptions.
Click on the subscription you would like to cancel, where you will see a button to cancel.
