What’s up guys! It’s your boy Alex aka Vlex and I just wanted to share with you guys a little bit about my fitness journey and why I love and truly believe in this program with Andre.

I started working with Andre in 2022 which really launched my physical health journey in the right direction. Prior to working with Andre I had been in and out of the gym for atleast 3 years. I never really had much of an established routine and much less any knowledge or care for eating healthy. But after so many years of being in the gym and seeing minimum results I decided it was time to make a change. I met Andre and got to work immediately and withing the first 6-8 weeks i saw changes I’ve never seen in those 3 years of aimless training and poor diet. I fell in love instantly and knew that this was the only way to move forward and gain progress towards the physique I’ve always wanted.

Training with Andre and following a diet plan changed everything for me. It opened my eyes to more than just fitness but to how i wanted to live my life from then on. I am now currently in the BEST shape of my life and it all started with this program and adjusting to a healthier life and making small changes in my daily routine. Fitness has become a passion of mine, a gateway to a healthier life. I’m more active and energized and there’s not any other way i would want to feel especially after being a father of 2. I believe in this program 100%. It taught me discipline and it showed me what I as a human could achieve for myself. I would love for everyone who has followed my journey to get a chance to experience this change.
